xmen yday!!! omgosh i enjoyed it a fair bit. :0
met up with k-long, helen and roseanne. went to eat. chatted about many many tv shows and movies. eel pepper lunch is good :0!!! then i went and sat alone and everybody was all "come sit" but i felt bad and it was ok because THERE WERE NO ADS (woo! GMAX ... i mean VMAX , why did they change that?) and i got into the movie heaps anyways.

only down points: too short (either that, or too many characters and not enough time to develop), cheesy lines, TOO MANY CHARACTERS NOT ENOUGH SCREEN TIME FOR ALL OF THEM!!! and a little more growling than i would have liked.
BUT OMG, I TOTALLY DID NOT KNOW THAT DANIEL HENNEY WAS IN IT!!! >:0 (BEANPOLE GUY. here. watch the video. it's so hilarious cos it's a korean brand and i laugh at asian ads. teeheehee)

and they're both 188cm. love tall guys. love love love tall guys.
omg hugh jackman is so hot. i'm so glad they gave us so many shots of him nekkid or close to it. *drools* he is not gay. he is not gay. he is not gay.
and ryan reynolds had HOW LONG? psht. waste of his hotness. and the topless shot of him as deadpool. psh! so pasty. but i guess that makes sense. i wish there was more gambit.
you know what pissed me off the MOST though? fucking tanya tozzi. slut. she's that jagger-eqsue "model pretty" whatever shite actor from BLUE WATER HIGH. 'nough said. she's on the poster and she had two lines in the whole movie and maybe 5 minutes screen time tops. wtf.
and there were so many other mutants i wanted to get to know. :(
like i said, not enough character development.
i know i sound like i had so much to critique about this movie (i did) but it doesn't mean that i didn't enjoy it. omg, i really did enjoy it. action scenes. hot man scenes. hugh jackman (yes, he is a hot man but he deserves his own category). mostly sweet special effects (some of the cgi was obvious. i didn't know that was possible anymore). AWESOME AWESOME powers. woo woo woo.
so i loved it. and i reckon it was worth paying to see it in the cinemas. even worth going a second time.
so i give it a 3/5. maybe a 3.5/5 which is good.
